Following a strategic initiative of its long-standing cranberry partner Ocean Spray, the leading European B2B food ingredients supplier Bösch Boden Spies is expanding its dried fruit product portfolio. In this context, they are working in close cooperation with Polish fruit processor Zarecki Foods, in which Bösch Boden Spies has held a stake since September 2020.
Ocean Spray has contributed its extensive processing expertise to the expansion of its strategic partnership with Bösch Boden Spies. The production experts of the world’s largest US cranberry producer, with annual sales of 2 billion euros, have closely supported the expansion of fruit processing specialist Zarecki Foods in Poland in recent months. As a result, they are ensuring Ocean Spray’s highest global quality standards.

The new Beyond Cranberries range from Ocean Spray initially includes sweetened dried sour cherries, cultivated blueberries and black currants in top quality from regional cultivation.

At the same time, Bösch Boden Spies and Ocean Spray are thus creating a new quality standard in the category of infused dried fruits.
